To aid in the academic and personal success of scholars, the Guardian Scholars Program has resources available to eligible scholars. Below is a list of applications to request assistance. Scholars can request assistance by clicking the titles of the requests that are linked to the form or access the form through the QR code. If you have submitted a request and not heard back in more then a week feel free to email your student coordinator.
