Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week (H&HAW)

The purpose behind the Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week events are to bring awareness around the issues and experiences of homelessness, provide ways to give back to the Homeless community (donations/service), and provide resources and information on how we can better support the Homeless community at and around UC Merced. Click here for more information on Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week.

This year the Guardian Scholars Program hosted a series of events that consisted of spreading awareness on how to donate and give back to the community, trivia on hunger and homelessness, a panel of community resources, and a film and discussion around the importance of the exposure and knowledge.
