Math Center
Provides a safe and inclusive environment offering free tutoring for any undergraduate math course. Tutoring is facilitated by trained undergraduate students, graduate students, and instructors.
Chem Center
Offers free tutoring and support services to all UC Merced undergraduates with chemistry-related coursework or general chemistry questions.
PLUS Center
The Peer Led Undergraduate Study (PLUS) Center is student-run and provides peer learning support for SSHA courses, focusing on Economics, Psychology, Public Health, and Sociology.
STEM Resource Center
Enhances academic and social experiences for students pursuing degrees in science, engineering, and math. Assists with peer tutoring, finding research and internship opportunities, and building skills for STEM careers.
Bobcat Advising Center (BAC)
The primary academic advising home for all first-year students across all majors, lower-division undeclared transfers, and continuing undeclared students in any class year.
SSHA Advising
Provides academic planning, course selection, major/minor exploration, academic difficulty guidance, and registration workshops for students within the School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.
Natural Sciences Advising
Dedicated to fostering student success through holistic advising services designed to help Natural Sciences students build decision-making skills and navigate their educational journey.
The EXCEL! Program
An added layer of support housed within the School of Natural Sciences. Features EXCEL! Academic Coaches who provide tailored guidance to help students succeed academically.
Calvin E. Bright Success Center (BSC)
Empowers scholars through learning support, transition programs, and individualized interventions that celebrate academic milestones and help overcome institutional barriers.
BSC services are currently offered remotely. Visit their online portal to access programs and remote appointments.
Student Accessibility Services (SAS)
Promotes equal educational access and full campus participation for students with disabilities by facilitating accommodations and individual support resources.
